Terms & Conditions
Upon making a payment, you hereby agree to accept the Terms & Conditions:
- On-site warranty of Koble smart devices is as follow:
Smart curtain & blind motor* – 36 months
Networking devices – 36 months
Smart lights – 36 months (Except smart GU10 – off-site warranty 24 months)
Neutral smart switches – 24 months
Other smart devices – 12 months
The warranty commences upon the installation of the device or 72 hours after delivery, whichever is earlier. Separate charges apply for servicing above 3m.
*Complimentary labour <3m for the first 24 months. A labour charge of $90 applies thereafter.
- Koble’s staff will liaise with the Client, his/her Interior Designer/Contractors to check that wiring points (if applicable, including neutral if using a neutral wired switch) are available and functional before we carry out the installations. Site should also be ready for door lock installation. An additional on-site trip fee of $100 applies if the site is not ready for installation upon reaching, wiring point is not functional and/or grouped by switch connection.
- No-neutral switches may affect the lifespan of your lights, cause lights to flicker and/or other side effects even after adding a capacitor. In the event this happens, we may revert to a manual switch provided by the homeowner. Koble will not be liable for the light.
- The replacement of faulty/damaged smart switches installed by 3rd party installer will be on a case-to-case basis.
- App settings and updates are done remotely; onsite service may not be required. For app setting changes, we will advise over whatsapp or phone call. An additional on-site trip fee of $100 applies if required.
- The processing fee is non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion and without reference to you wherein you consent to the current Terms and Conditions applicable to you accordingly.
